Less than 2 hours from Paris, time stops at the heart of the Champagne region. You will be dazzled by the slopes of the different varieties of the Champagne vineyards. Dive into the histories of the families who perpetuate the celebrity of these great wines worldwide. As you go down the emblematic Avenue de Champagne, you will encounter all the Champagne Houses that epitomise French elegance. A rendez-vous with history in Epernay, the capital of the Champagne vineyards.
Morning: Departure from your Parisian residence at 8.00am (arrival in the first domain at 10.00am).
Visits of wine châteaux, a drive through the vine-groves in a Citroën 2CV, and tasting of different Champagnes.
Two hours out of Paris, your chauffeur will take you to the heart of the kingdom of Chardonnay, the prestigious Côte des Blancs, to a vineyard classified 100% in the scale of great wines, Les Grands Crus. You will enter into the secret world of Champagne’s artisans and artists, who passionately assemble Champagnes of exceptional quality. To tantalise your taste buds and marry the unexpected with pure pleasure, you will taste different Champagnes. To complete your trail of discovery, we invite you to take a tour of the vineyards in a Citroën 2CV.
Lunch: In a little corner of paradise, on the slopes of the Marne, we have selected the best addresses for your bistronomic lunch. This is more than nature’s invitation, you will taste food and aromatic fragrances coming straight out of the garden.

Afternoon: A wander through Epernay – visits and wine tastings.
Capital of the vineyards, Epernay regroups the most famous Champagne Houses in the world. The town’s main artery, the Avenue de Champagne, listed as a World Heritage site by Unesco, is over a kilometre long and is a unique example of urban representation.
To start the afternoon, a compulsory halt to visit Grand Vintage Moët et Chandon. We will then guide you to our personal favourite, a seventeenth century domain, to discover a blend of three varieties of Champagne, Chardonnais, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Generation after generation have taken up the challenge. Jean-Manuel and François are no exception, and will have you taste their Champagnes, Blancs de Blancs, Blancs de Noir and Symphonie Rosée.
