This extraordinary visit allows you to do a tour of the products of almost all French regions. We will take you to this strange world for a unique experience to discover those who perpetuate the traditions of Frances’ regional products. The market will be in full swing when you will be met by our Ambassador. The visit will begin with a gourmet dinner!
We will take you to eat at the Rungis’ historical restaurant: seafood platter, shellfish and oysters; skate with hazelnut butter sauce, scallops’ Provençale style, mille-feuille with either cod with lemon cream or lobster and white butter… Or why not an entrecôte steak or even grilled veal kidneys? The wine list, taking in all Frances’ regions, is simply exceptional.
From 1.30pm to 3.30am: Our Ambassador, a fully-fledged Rungis professional, will accompany you to discover the largest fresh food market in the world. The market will be in full swing as he enthrals you with anecdotes and history. He will jovially take you on a grand tour of the seafood, fruit and vegetable, poultry, meat, dairy products and fresh cut flower pavilions.
